What You'll Need

  • Hydrogen Peroxide
  • Dish Soap
  • Baking Soda
  • Vinegar

Instructions

  1. As soon as you notice the nail polish stain, start blotting it gently with a clean cloth to remove any excess liquid.
  2. Mix equal parts of hydrogen peroxide and dish soap in a bowl.
  3. Once the solution is ready, apply it directly to the nail polish stain.
  4. Leave the solution on the fabric for a few minutes, then blot with a damp cloth.
  5. If the stain is still visible, mix 2 tablespoons of baking soda with 1 tablespoon of white vinegar.
  6. Apply the mixture directly to the stain and let it sit for 10-15 minutes before rinsing with cold water.
  7. Repeat the process until the stain is completely gone.

Additional Tips

  • Always test any cleaning solution you use on a small, inconspicuous area first to make sure it won't damage the fabric.
  • It's best to treat the stain as soon as possible. The longer it sits on the fabric, the harder it will be to remove.
