Step 1: Gather Materials

Before you begin, gather the materials you will need to complete job, including a clean rag or cloth, cold water, a stiff brush, baking soda, rubbing alcohol, and laundry detergent.

Step 2: Pre-Treat Stain

Start by pre-treating stain with a paste made of baking soda and cold water. Let the paste sit for about 10 minutes before gently scrubbing with a stiff brush. Rinse the area with cold water to remove any excess paste.

Step 3: Spot Clean Stain

Next, spot clean the stain using a cloth soaked in rubbing alcohol. Make sure to blot and not rub the area as rubbing can cause the stain to spread. Rinse the area with cold water once more.

Step 4: Wash the Item

Once the stain has been pre-treated and spot cleaned, you can wash item as usual. Use a mild laundry detergent and wash in machine on the cold water cycle.

Step 5: Dry and Enjoy

Finally, dry the item as you normally would and enjoy your stain-free activewear!
