Using a commercial stain remover, apply the product directly onto the mustard stain. Allow it to sit for several minutes. Use a soft brush or sponge to gently scrub the area. Rinse with water when you're finished. Repeat this process if needed.
If the stain is still present, try using a cleaning solution. You can purchase a commercial cleaner from a store or make your own using equal parts vinegar and baking soda. Apply solution onto the stain and let it sit for a few minutes. Then use a brush or sponge to scrub the area. Rinse with water when you're finished.
If stain is still present after following the previous steps, you may need to use a pressure washer. Make sure to hold nozzle of pressure washer at least 6 inches away from surface of liner, as the high-pressure stream could damage the material. Start with a low setting, and increase pressure as needed. After you have finished, leave the area to air dry.
