How to Easily Remove Mustard Stains from Your Scrubs
- Start by blotting stain with a clean rag or sponge. This step is essential to prevent the mustard from seeping deeper into the material.
- Once you’ve finished blotting the stain, apply a small amount of liquid detergent directly onto the mustard stain. Gently work the detergent into stained area using a sponge.
- Next, run cold water over the stained area and continue to massage the detergent until it's been fully absorbed into the material.
- To ensure that all detergent has been removed from fabric, use a clean cloth or rag to carefully blot the area dry.
- If the stain is still visible, try applying a small amount of white vinegar to the affected area. Then, use a clean cloth to scrub the vinegar into the fabric. Finally, rinse the scrub with cold water and let it air-dry.
- If the stain is still visible after attempting above steps, try using a foam detergent specifically designed for removing oil-based stains. Simply apply the foam directly to the stained area and rub the foam into the fabric in small circles. Rinse with cold water and let it dry.
