To start, create a cleaning solution by combining cold water, white vinegar and laundry detergent. Mix the ingredients together and fill a tub with solution.
Once you have created the cleaning solution, let your sarong soak in the tub for several hours. This will loosen up the stain and make it easier to remove.
After the sarong has soaked in the tub, use an old toothbrush or cloth to gently scrub the stain. Be sure to work in small circles, as rubbing too hard can damage the fabric.
When stain is gone, rinse the sarong with cold water and hang it up to air dry. Avoid using a washing machine, as this could cause the stain to set further into the fabric.
To avoid any wrinkles or creases, lay your sarong flat on a towel to dry and keep colors from fading.
