First, you'll want to soak the stained area in cold water for about 30 minutes. This will help the stain loosen up, making it easier to remove when you wash it.
Once you've soaked stained area in cold water, you'll want to pretreat the spot using a pre-wash stain remover. Apply the product to the stained area and let it sit for 15 minutes before washing it.
Once you've pretreated the mustard stain, it's time to wash the parka. Start by setting your washing machine on a gentle cycle, then add a mild detergent and the parka. Let the washing machine do its job and then take the parka out of the washer when finished.
Once you've taken the parka out of washer, you'll want to check the stained area to see if the mustard stain is still there. If it is, repeat steps 2 and 3 until the stain is completely gone.
Following these steps should help you get rid of mustard stains quickly and easily. Remember to always use a mild detergent and cold water when washing the parka to prevent further damage to the fabric.
