First, blot stained fabric using a clean absorbent cloth. Avoid rubbing or scrubbing stained fabric as this may spread the stain further.
Mix a solution of one tablespoon of dishwashing detergent and two cups of cold water. Apply the pre-treat solution to affected area and let it sit for about 10 minutes.
Wash your joggers in warm water and detergent. Use a gentle cycle and add a color-safe bleach if available. Once complete, wash normally.
Before drying, check the stained area to make sure the mustard stain is gone.
Finally, dry joggers on low heat until completely dry. Avoid over-drying as this can cause permanent creasing in the fabric.
