Pre-Treat the Stain with a Detergent Solution

Fill a sink with warm water and a few drops of a mild detergent that is pH neutral, such as laundry detergent or dishwashing liquid. Soak the crepe in the solution for five minutes and then rinse. Check to make sure the mustard stain has been removed. If so, go ahead and wash the crepe according to its care instructions.

Launder the Crepe Separately from Other Clothing

Using hot water will set stain further into the fabric, so use cold water instead. Choose an enzyme detergent, such as OxiClean or Tide with Bleach Alternative, for best results. Wash on a short cycle and check to see if the stain has been removed afterwards. If it hasn't, repeat the cycle before drying.

Up the Ante with Extra Effort

For stubborn stains, you may need to employ a few extra techniques. Try adding one cup of white distilled vinegar to the water you are using to soak the crepe. This should help break up the stain. You can also apply a pre-wash stain remover directly onto the stain and let sit overnight. For extra help, rub a little liquid laundry detergent on the stain and then rinse with cold water.
