What You Will Need

  • Dish soap
  • Water
  • Vinegar
  • Stain remover
  • Soft-bristle brush
  • Paper towels

Instructions

  1. Mix 1 teaspoon of dish soap, 1 cup of warm water, and 1 teaspoon of vinegar in a bowl.
  2. Dampen a paper towel or soft-bristle brush in the mixture and gently rub the stained area in circular motions.
  3. Continue to do this for about a minute and then rinse the area with cool water.
  4. If the stain persists, apply a stain remover according to the instructions on the package.
  5. Dab the stained area with a damp cloth to help lift the stain.
  6. Rinse with cool water and let it air dry.
