Once you have noticed that a mustard stain has found its way onto your shoes, the first step to removing it should be to blot away any excess with a clean cloth. This will help to prevent the stain from spreading.
Next, create an effective cleaning solution by mixing 1 teaspoon of regular dish soap with 1 tablespoon of white vinegar, and ½ cup of warm water. Gently stir until solution is bubbly.
Now that you have prepared your cleaner, take a clean cloth and apply solution directly to the stain. Leave the solution to sit for a few minutes so that it has a chance to work its magic. After a few minutes, wipe away the solution with the same cloth to reveal a nice and clean Converse shoe.
