- Mix the detergent and water. In a bucket or shallow bowl, mix one teaspoon of mild detergent with one cup of lukewarm water.
- Remove the excess mustard. Using the soft cloth, carefully dab the mustard stain until you have removed as much as possible.
- Soak the stained area. Dip the soft cloth in the detergent solution and apply it to the stained area. Allow it to soak for 3-5 minutes.
