Using a white cloth or paper towels, blot stained area with gentle pressure. Do not rub the fabric as this may cause the stain to spread.
In a small bowl, mix together hydrogen peroxide and a liquid laundry detergent. This mixture will create a cleaning solution that specifically targets mustard stains.
Using a cotton swab, gently dab the cleaning solution onto the stain. Be sure to saturate fabric and try to reach the inner layers of stain. Let the solution sit for 10 minutes.
Rinse the area with cold water and gently dab the fabric to help remove the remaining cleaning solution.
Launder the shirt as usual, following the care instructions on the garment label. Check the stained area for any remaining spots before drying the shirt. If necessary, repeat the steps above before drying.
