You will need:
Mix equal parts of water and white vinegar in a bucket or bowl. Add a few drops of dishwashing soap, then stir.
Dip a clean cloth into the mixture and dab it gently over stained area, making sure to penetrate the fibers all the way through. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes.
Take a toothbrush and lightly scrub the stain using baking soda and vinegar solution. Be gentle at this step as you do not want to damage the material.
Rinse the belt with clean water to remove all residues, then pat dry with a clean cloth. Avoid rubbing belt when drying.
If the stain is still there, repeat the above steps until it disappears.
With a few easy steps, you can clean mustard stains off your belt quickly and easily. Don’t despair if the first attempt doesn’t work – just repeat process until the stain is gone!
