Step 1: Scrape off the Excess Mud

Begin by scraping off any excess mud from the slipper surface using a blunt knife or a spoon. Take care not to damage the material of the slipper.

Step 2: Rinse Slipper

Using cool water, rinse the slipper in order to remove any remaining dirt and debris. Make sure that all traces of mud have been removed before proceeding to the next step.

Step 3: Apply a Solution

If the mud stain is still visible, make a paste using a mixture of detergent powder and warm water. Apply the paste onto the stained area and let it sit for 10 minutes. Use a damp cloth to rub away paste.

Step 4: Wipe with a Clean Cloth

Once the stain has been removed, dip a clean cloth in lukewarm water and wipe away the remaining soap residue. You may also want to use a brush at this stage to ensure that you remove all traces of dirt.

Step 5: Air Dry the Slippers

Finally, lay the slipper out on a flat surface and allow it to air-dry completely. Do not attempt to speed up the drying process using a hairdryer or any other heat source, as this may damage the material of slipper.
