Use a Q-tip dipped in vinegar or baking soda to pre-treat the stain. Let it sit for five minutes before rinsing off.
Wash the rash guard in the washing machine using laundry detergent. Select the delicate cycle with cold water, and use the gentle setting.
Let the rash guard air dry or use a tumble dryer with a low heat setting. Do not use a high heat setting as it may cause stain to set further.
Check the area for any remaining stains and gently scrub with a wet cloth if needed. Let item air dry.
