Accidents happen, and it’s no surprise that sometimes clothes can get stained by mud. Cleaning a one-piece swimsuit can seem like a daunting task, but thankfully, there are ways to remove those pesky mud stains. Here are some tips to help you get your swimsuit looking as good as new:

  • Make sure to pre-treat the stain with a stain remover that is specific for use on swimsuits.
  • After pre-treating, you should then submerge your swimsuit in a solution of cool water and laundry detergent. Let the swimsuit soak in the mixture for 10-15 minutes.
  • If the stain persists, you can use a soft-bristled brush to gently scrub the fabric where mud stain is located.
  • Once you have removed as much of the stain as possible, rinse swimsuit thoroughly with cool water.
  • Hang swimsuit out to air dry or use the lowest heat setting on the dryer if you do not have access to a clothesline.

By following these steps, you can make sure that your one-piece swimsuit is free from any stubborn mud stains. You can enjoy your summer days by the beach without having to worry about any unsightly stains.
