How to Clean Mud Stains from Nylon
- Start by dampening the stained area with water.
- Mix dish soap with warm water and use a soft bristled brush (like a toothbrush) to apply it to the stained area.
- For tougher mud stains, combine two parts baking soda and one part white vinegar to make a paste. Spread it onto the treated area and leave it for 10 minutes. Then rinse thoroughly.
- If the stain still remains, mix equal parts of hydrogen peroxide and dish soap, then rub onto the stained area using a soft bristled brush. Let it sit for around an hour then rinse.
- Allow the area to air dry naturally.
