Step 1: Pre-Treat the Stain

The first step in removing a mud stain from Forever 21 clothing is to pre-treat the area with a spot cleaner or laundry detergent. For best results, use a liquid laundry detergent specifically designed for pretreating. Follow the instructions on the bottle to ensure the correct amount is used. Gently rub the detergent into stain with a soft cloth or brush.

Step 2: Soak the Garment

Once the pre-treatment is complete, fill a sink or bucket with cold water. Submerge the garment in the water and let it soak for 30 minutes. This will help loosen the mud from the fabric and make it easier to remove stain.

Step 3: Treat with All-Purpose Cleaner

After the garment has soaked for at least 30 minutes, rub an all-purpose cleaner onto the stain and let it sit for 15 minutes. Rinse garment off with cold water and repeat this process until the stain is gone.

Step 4: Launder the Garment

Finally, launder garment as you normally would according to the care label instructions. Be sure to wash on the cold setting and air dry for best results. If the stain still remains after washing, repeat pre-treatment process and soak for an additional 30 minutes before laundering for a second time.
