Step 1: Gather Supplies

Before getting started, make sure you have all of these supplies on hand:

  • Large bowl
  • Liquid dish soap
  • Baking soda
  • Clean cloth
  • White vinegar

Step 2: Create Cleaning Solution

In the bowl, mix together equal parts of liquid dish soap and baking soda. Add a few drops of white vinegar. The vinegar will help to break down the mud and dirt on your cutting board. Stir until all ingredients are blended together.

Step 3: Scrub Away Mud Stains

Take the cloth and dip it into the cleaning solution. Scrub the mud stain and let the solution sit for a few minutes before rinsing with warm water. You may need to repeat this process until the mud stain is completely gone. Once the mud stain is gone, rinse the cutting board with warm water and let it air dry.
