Easily Remove Mud Stains from Crepe: A Step-by-Step Guide

What You'll Need

  • Mild liquid detergent
  • White vinegar
  • Warm water
  • Stiff bristled brush

Instructions

  1. Before cleaning your crepe fabric, check the care instructions to make sure that it can be cleaned with water.
  2. Mix 1 tablespoon of mild liquid detergent and 1 tablespoon of white vinegar with 2 cups of warm water.
  3. Dip a clean cloth in mixture and gently dab it on the mud stain.
  4. If the mud stain is particularly stubborn, you may need to use a stiff-bristled brush to loosen it.
  5. Rinse stained area with cool water to remove any residue. Allow the fabric to air dry.
