What You’ll Need

  • Mild detergent
  • A bucket or large bowl
  • White vinegar
  • Soft brush
  • Lint-free cloth

Step 1: Pre-Treat With Detergent

Begin by using a mild detergent to pre-treat the mud stain. Mix a few drops of detergent into a bucket or large bowl filled with lukewarm water. Soak the bodycon dress in the mixture for 10-15 minutes. This will help to loosen the mud stain and make it easier to remove.

Step 2: Rinse With White Vinegar

Once pre-treated with detergent, rinse the dress with white vinegar. Fill a new bucket or bowl with lukewarm water and add one part white vinegar. Place the bodycon dress into the mixture and soak for 10-15 minutes. After soaking, rinse the dress with cold water.

Step 3: Scrub Away the Mud Stain

Now that dress has been pre-treated and rinsed, it's time to scrub away the mud stain. Using a soft brush, gently scrub away at the mud stain until it starts to disappear. Be sure to take extra care not to damage the delicate fabric of the dress.

Step 4: Rinse and Dry

After scrubbing away mud stain, rinse the dress with cold water to remove any remaining detergent or dirt. Then, lay the dress flat on a lint-free cloth and allow it to air dry. Once dry, you'll have a bodycon dress that looks as good as new!
