- Start by patting the area of the stain with a damp cloth.
- Apply a small amount of laundry detergent or stain remover directly onto the stain, and let it sit for 10 minutes.
- Gently rub the stain with a soft toothbrush and rinse with warm water.
- If you still see some remnants of the stain, look for a color-safe bleach that is safe for the fabric on the American Eagle label, and apply it directly to the stain.
- Let it sit for 10 more minutes and then rinse thoroughly with warm water.
- Launder as normal, but be sure to check for any remaining stains before drying in the machine.
- If the stain is still visible, repeat steps until it is completely gone.
