Materials Needed:
- Towel
- Sponge
- Laundry Detergent
- Toothbrush
Getting Started:
- Lay a towel out on a flat surface and put the wallet onto the towel. This will help protect the surface underneath from any water damage.
- Dampen the sponge with warm water. Squeeze out the excess water before moving on to the next step.
- Put a few drops of laundry detergent onto the sponge and start scrubbing the mouthwash stain. This should help break down the stain and make it easier to remove.
- Once you’ve scrubbed the stain, rinse the area with clean water. Make sure all of the detergent is removed before moving on.
- Using a toothbrush, gently scrub the area to get any remaining residue out of the wallet. Be careful not to rub too hard as this could damage the leather.
Finishing Up:
Dry the wallet off with the towel. The stain should be gone, leaving your wallet looking like new!
