Tencel is a soft and lightweight fabric typically blended with other materials like cotton, wool or polyester. It’s an excellent choice for clothing and bedding, but it can be difficult to remove stains from. Mouthwash stains, in particular, can be hard to get out, but it is possible! Follow these steps to effectively remove mouthwash stains from Tencel fabric:

  1. Use a vacuum attachment to vacuum away as much of the stain as possible.
  2. Mix a solution of one part white vinegar and four parts cold water.
  3. Dampen a washcloth with the vinegar mixture and gently rub it onto the stained area.
  4. Blot area with a dry, clean cloth until stain is gone.
  5. Rinse with cold water and let air dry.

These simple steps should help you effectively remove mouthwash stains from Tencel fabric. As always, be sure to check the fabric care label before applying any cleaning solutions.

If you find that the stain persists despite your best efforts, try using a commercial fabric spot remover specially formulated for a delicate fabric like Tencel. Be sure to follow product instructions for best results.

With the right approach, you can get those tough mouthwash stains out of your Tencel fabric and have it looking like new again in no time!
