  2. Soak a clean cloth in the mixture and apply it directly to the stain.
  3. Leave the cloth on the stain for 15 minutes.
  4. Mix 1/4 cup of baking soda with 1/2 cup of warm water in a bowl or container.
  5. Soak another clean cloth in the mixture and apply it directly to the stain.
  6. Leave the cloth on the stain for 10 minutes.
  7. Mix a few drops of mild dish soap with 2 cups of warm water in a bowl or container.
  8. Soak a clean cloth in the mixture and use it to scrub the stain.
  9. Rinse the area with clean water.
  10. Allow the furniture to air dry.
