One method is to create a solution of equal parts warm water and white vinegar. Start by blotting the stained area with a clean cloth soaked in the vinegar solution. Keep blotting until stain is no longer present. Afterwards, rinse the area with cold water. If the stain persists, you can try using a mild detergent.
Another option is to use a laundry detergent that contains enzymes. This kind of detergent helps break down food, dirt, and other types of stubborn stains. To use, simply apply the detergent directly onto stain and allow it to sit for several minutes. Then, blot the stain with a damp cloth. If needed, you can repeat these steps until the stain is gone.
Lastly, you can try using a paste made of baking soda and warm water. Start by making a thick paste and then apply it over the stained area. Let paste sit for 10-15 minutes before using a damp cloth to blot the stain. Once the stain has been removed, rinse the area with cold water.
These methods should help you to easily remove mouthwash stains from your Marcella fabric. As always, make sure to read the care instructions on the fabric label before cleaning.
