When it comes to the battle against mouthwash stains on your clothes or fabrics, white vinegar is your best ally. A simple solution of 1 cup of white vinegar and 2 cups of cold water will do the trick. Simply soak the stained area in this solution for up to 30 minutes and then rinse with cold water.

For tougher stains, mix together equal part of white vinegar and baking soda and pour it onto the stained area. Let it sit for a few minutes before rinsing and pat the fabric dry. Afterward, wash the jumper as you normally would.

Another quick and easy approach is to use laundry detergent. Create a paste with laundry detergent and cold water and apply it on the stained area. Then, place garment in the washer and wash it with cold water.

If none of these solutions works and the stain still remains, try rubbing the fabric with rubbing alcohol and then rinse with cold water. Once the stain is gone, wash the jumper as recommended by the manufacturer.
