How to Get Rid of Stains from Garter Using Mouthwash
Nobody wants their garter stained and ruined by mouthwash, but unfortunately it can happen. Thankfully, there are ways to get rid of these pesky mouthwash stains that will bring the garter back to looking like new.

What You Will Need
- Mouthwash
- Water
- Soft cloth or sponge
- Dry towel
- Laundry detergent
Instructions
- Rinse the garter with cold water to remove any excess mouthwash.
- Mix together equal parts of mouthwash and water in a bucket.
- Soak garter in the bucket for 30 minutes.
- Rinse the garter with cold water again.
- Use a soft cloth or sponge to gently scrub away any remaining stains.
- Rinse garter with cold water one last time.
- Lay the garter on a dry towel and let it air dry.
- Once the garter is dry, inspect the stain. If it is still visible, repeat steps 1-7.
- If the stain persists after multiple attempts, laundry detergent may be required. Place a small amount of detergent on the stain and scrub gently. Rinse with cold water and lay the garter on a dry towel to air dry.
Your garter should now be back to its original state, free of problematic mouthwash stains. Good luck!
