What You Need
- White vinegar
- Bowl
- Towel
- Cloth
Steps to Clean the Stain
- First, put some white vinegar in a bowl.
- Soak a towel in the vinegar and place it on top of stained area.
- Leave towel on the stain for about 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, take off the towel and pat stain with a damp cloth.
- If the stain is still present, repeat steps 2-4 until the stain is completely gone.
Additional Tips
- You can use regular detergent instead of vinegar.
- Use a non-abrasive cloth to prevent any further damage to the fabric of your coat.
- Be sure to do a color test on an inconspicuous area of your coat before trying any of the above steps.
