To remove mouthwash stains from chiffon, start by dabbing at the stain with a soft white cloth or sponge. Scrub gently and make sure to avoid agitating the stain too much. Once stain has been blotted or soaked, pour a small amount of cool water onto it.

After the water has been added, apply a liquid laundry detergent to the stained area. Gently massage the detergent into chiffon fabric using your fingers or a soft cloth or brush. Allow the detergent to remain on the fabric for 10-15 minutes before rinsing it off.

Once the detergent has been rinsed off, dry the garment immediately. Do not put it in the dryer until the stain is completely removed, as heat can set the stain into fabric.

If stain remains after all the above steps, mix equal parts white vinegar, water and liquid dish soap. Soak the stained area in this mixture for 15 minutes then rinse off and launder as usual. The stain should come out with this natural cleaning method.

With these steps, you can easily remove mouthwash stains from chiffon fabrics. Be sure to use gentle products and avoid scrubbing too hard.
