Your first step should be to soak stained area with warm water. Then, blot the stained area with a soft cloth or towel to remove as much of the mouthwash as possible. Be sure not to rub, as this could spread the stain.
Once you've removed as much of the mouthwash as possible, apply a small amount of laundry detergent to the stained area. Let the detergent sit for several minutes before rinsing it off with warm water.
If the stain persists, mix together one cup of cold water and two tablespoons of white vinegar and pour the mixture onto the stained area. Let the vinegar soak in for a few moments before blotting again with a soft cloth or towel.
For more stubborn stains, try making a paste out of baking soda and water. Apply the paste to stained area, let it sit for a few minutes, and then scrub gently with a soft cloth. Rinse the stained area with warm water.
Finally, you'll want to wash your suit according to its instructions. For best results, you may want to air-dry your suit, as this will help prevent any further damage.
