What You'll Need:

  • White vinegar
  • Dish soap
  • Baking soda

Step 1: Soak in White Vinegar First

Start by soaking stained t-shirt in white vinegar for 10 minutes. This helps loosen the medicine stain and make it easier to remove.

Step 2: Make a Dish Soap & Baking Soda Paste

While the t-shirt is soaking, mix together a teaspoon of dish soap with a teaspoon of baking soda and stir until it forms a paste.

Step 3: Apply Paste to Stain

After the t-shirt has soaked for 10 minutes, remove it from the vinegar and apply the dish soap and baking soda paste onto the stain. Use a soft-bristle brush to work the paste into the cloth and then rinse it off with cold water.

Step 4: Let Air Dry

Let the t-shirt air dry before checking to see if stain is still visible. If it is, repeat Steps 1-3 until stain is gone.
