How to Easily Remove Medicine Stains from Your Tracksuit
Accidents happen-- including medicine spills that can leave stubborn stains on your clothing. But don't worry; there is an easy solution for removing those pesky stains from your tracksuit.

What You'll Need:
- Laundry detergent
- White vinegar
- Washing machine
Instructions:
- Check the care label on your tracksuit to determine the best washing temperature. Then, place the item of clothing in the washing machine.
- Add 1/2 cup of laundry detergent and 1/2 cup of white vinegar to the washing machine, then run the cycle with hot water.
- Once the cycle is complete, hang your tracksuit up to dry.
Additional Tips:
- If the stain does not come out after the first wash, repeat the steps above.
- Stain removers could also be used safely on some fabrics, but always check the care label instructions.
