First, do an inconspicuous spot test on fabric to check if any discoloration or fading occurs when using the cleaning material before you start the actual cleaning process. This will also help you determine the right cleaning solution for the job.
Now it's time to apply a pre-treating solution on the medicine stain. Make sure to check the label of solution you are using as some may require dilution with water. Be sure to wear gloves and protect your skin from chemicals.
Start rubbing the pre-treating solution into the stained area gently but with enough pressure, so that you can remove stain. Let it sit for the duration suggested on the label and then rinse off with cold water. Repeat cleaning process until desired results are achieved.
When the stain is gone, you can put garment into your washing machine. Use the appropriate cycle and temperature setting according to care label. If available, add a fabric softener or a color-safe bleach in to the wash. After the cycle is done, hang the t-shirt to dry.
