Instructions for Cleaning Medicine Stains from Spandex
- Start by dabbing stain gently with a damp cloth or sponge. Do not rub the stain as that could spread it further.
- If it is a large stain, you might need to soak your spandex in cool water mixed with detergent. Leave it to soak for 10-15 minutes.
- Once it has finished soaking, create a paste consisting of laundry detergent and water. Spread paste on stained area and leave it there for several minutes.
- When the time is up, rinse the paste off with warm water, and then re-soak the garment for an additional 15 minutes.
- Once soaking time is up, rinse out the garment one last time. You can hang it up to air dry or use your dryer.
