Using a soft-bristled brush or old toothbrush, carefully scrape off any excess medicine from the organza. Be sure not to rub the area too hard, as this can permanently damage the fabric.
Once the excess medicine has been removed, a little pre-treatment is in order. Apply some laundry detergent directly to the stain and let it sit for 10 minutes before laundering the fabric as usual.
Lay the organza out on a flat surface and submerge in a pot of warm water and vinegar. Let the fabric soak for 30 minutes and then take out, allowing excess liquid to drip away.
Once the area has been pretreated and soaked, it's time to give it a thorough rinse. Rinse fabric out with cold water, making sure all the soapsuds and vinegar residue has disappeared. Then hang the fabric up to air dry until completely dry.
