Nothing is worse than having medicines stains on your beautiful shoes. Fortunately, with the right approach, you can clean them up easily and make them look like new again. Here’s what you’ll need and the steps to take.

What You'll Need

  • An old toothbrush
  • Warm water
  • Mild detergent
  • Paper towels

How to Clean the Stains

  1. Mix equal amounts of warm water and mild detergent in a shallow bowl.
  2. Dip the toothbrush into the mixture and gently scrub the area of the stain.
  3. Remove excess liquid with a paper towel.
  4. Let the shoe air dry or use an old cloth to help absorb the moisture.

The result should leave your shoes looking fresh and new. If the stain is particularly stubborn, you may need to apply a small amount of white vinegar to break down the stain before continuing with the steps above.
