Seersucker fabric is a popular choice for garments and upholstery because of its lightweight, wrinkled texture. Unfortunately, its soft fibers are easily stained by medication. Here's how to successfully remove medicine stains from seersucker.

If you catch stain while it is still wet, you can try using a white cloth to dab at the stain gently. Do not rub or scrub the fabric as this may just cause the stain to spread further.
Once you’ve blotted as much of the surface moisture as you can off of the fabric, mix a solution of mild detergent, like a few tablespoons of laundry detergent, with water in a bowl. Dip a white cloth into the solution and use it to blot at the stain, again avoiding any rubbing or scrubbing motions.
Once you've removed as much of the stain as possible, rinse the area with cold water and allow the fabric to air dry.
If the stain has already dried, the process is a bit more difficult but still manageable. Begin by making a paste out of some dish soap and water and then apply paste to the stain so that it is covered completely.
Allow the paste to sit on the fabric for several minutes and then use a clean cloth to blot at the stain. Rinse the area with cold water and then apply a small amount of rubbing alcohol to the stain and let it sit for another few minutes. Use a clean cloth to blot at the stain once more and then rinse with water again.
Allow the fabric to air dry and once it is dry, check the stain to see if the stain is still visible. If it is still there, repeat the entire process until the stain is completely gone.
