When it comes to removing medicine stains from muslin, there are several methods that can be employed. Depending on type of stain and the fabric you're dealing with, certain methods may work better than others.

Using Detergent

The first step is to use a mild detergent and warm water. Soak the affected area of the muslin in a solution of detergent and warm water for 15-30 minutes. Once done, rinse the fabric with cool water and dry it thoroughly with a clean cotton cloth.

Using Vinegar & Salt

If the stain persists, you can try using vinegar and salt. Mix one cup of white vinegar, one tablespoon of salt, and one quart of warm water in a bowl and stir until the ingredients are dissolved. Soak stained area for about 30 minutes and then rinse with cold water before drying with a clean cloth.

Using Hydrogen Peroxide or Ammonia

If the above-mentioned methods do not work, you can also try using hydrogen peroxide or ammonia. Mix one part hydrogen peroxide or ammonia with four parts water, and then soak the affected area of fabric in this solution. Let sit for an hour and then rinse with cold water and dry with a clean cloth.
