Make Your Linen Fresh Again: How to Remove Medicine Stains
Medication stains can be an unsightly nuisance on sheets, pillowcases, and towels. With the right supplies and techniques, however, you can easily wipe away these stubborn blemishes. Here's how to remove medicine stains from linen.

Supplies
- Cold water
- Small bucket or bowl
- Liquid laundry detergent
- Stain remover
- White vinegar
Steps
- Soak the stained area in cold water for 20 minutes to prevent the stain from setting.
- Mix a solution of one tablespoon of liquid laundry detergent plus two cups of cold water in a small bucket or bowl.
- Rub the mixture gently into the stain with your fingertips and leave to soak for 15 minutes.
- Apply a few drops of stain remover on affected area, if necessary.
- Blot the stain (not rub) with a clean, white cloth.
- Gently rinse with cold water.
- If stain remains, saturate the spot with white vinegar. Leave for 10 minutes before rinsing.
- Repeat steps as many times as needed.
- Allow the linen to air dry.
