When your chinos get stained with medicine, it can seem like a major issue. But don’t worry! With certain techniques, you can eliminate them in no time. Here is a step-by-step guide on how to clean medicine stains from chinos.
First of all, you’ll need the following supplies: liquid detergent, white vinegar, bleach, a cloth, a toothbrush and some cold water.
To begin, put a small amount of liquid detergent onto the affected area and rub it in. Leave it there for 10 minutes. Then, rinse the area with cold water.
Take a cloth and dampen it with white vinegar. Use cloth to apply vinegar to the medicine-stained area. Leave vinegar there for 15 minutes. After that, take another cloth and dampen it with bleach. Apply the cloth with bleach to stained area and leave it there for another 15 minutes. Finally, rinse the area with cold water.
Using a toothbrush, gently scrub the area where the medicine stain is located. This will help to remove any stubborn residue that may have been left behind. Rinse area with cold water.
If there are still traces of the medicine stain left behind, take a cloth and dampen it with bleach. Gently rub the cloth onto the stained area until the stain is gone. Finally, rinse the area with cold water.
Cleaning a medicine stain off of your chinos can seem like a daunting task, but with the right materials and knowledge, it is actually quite easy. Just remember to follow the five steps mentioned above and you should have no trouble getting rid of those pesky medicine stains.
