How to Easily Remove Medicine Stains from Your Bikini

Sometimes medications, creams, and lotions can leave stains on swimwear that are hard to get out. Follow these simple steps for removing medicine stains from bikinis!

  1. Mix 2 tablespoons of white vinegar with 1/8 of a cup of baking soda in a bowl.
  2. Soak stained area of the bikini in the solution for 15 minutes.
  3. Scrub the affected area with an old toothbrush in a circular motion.
  4. Rinse the bikini with cold water and allow to air dry.
  5. If the stain persists, repeat steps 1-4.

To prevent medicine stains from appearing on your swimwear, be sure to apply medication on dried skin away from wet clothing. If the garment needs to be washed, always follow the washing instructions on the label.
