Medicine stains on a leather belt can be tough to remove, but not impossible. Here are a few steps you can take to get those belts looking good as new:

  1. Rub the stained area with a damp cloth. Use a small circular motion and apply gentle pressure to help remove the residue.
  2. Mix equal parts water and white vinegar, then use a cotton swab to apply the solution to the affected area. Let it sit for 15-20 minutes before wiping it away with a damp cloth.
  3. Apply some light steel wool to the affected area to help scrub away any remaining residue.
  4. Finish by using a leather conditioner on the belt to give it back its shine and luster.

By following the steps above, your leather belt should look as good as new, without any medicine stains.
