The first approach for removinmg medicaiton stains is to use professional cleaning products. They are formulated to be gentle yet effective on a range of surfaces, so they won't cause any harm to your appliance. Depending on the type of stain, you may find that a degreasing cleaner is best for tougher stains like those caused by oil or grease-based meds.
If you don’t have any professional cleaning products on hand, you can still make a solution out of dish soap and baking soda. Mix them together until you form a thick paste and then spread the paste onto the stain. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes before wiping it off with a damp cloth.
You can also use natural ingredients such as lemon juice and vinegar to remove medication stains. Mix equal parts of each and apply mixture to the stain. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes and then wipe it off with a damp cloth. You may need to repeat the process several times to make sure the stain is completely removed.
