The most important thing when dealing with medication stains on acrylic is to not rub or scrub the stain. That will only make the stain worse, and can even damage the acrylic. Instead, take a clean, damp cloth and dab at the area gently.
If the stain is more stubborn, you may need to use a stronger cleaning solution. For this, we recommend isopropyl rubbing alcohol. Pour some of the alcohol onto a soft cloth, then dab at the stain. Do not rub, as this can damage acrylic. Let alcohol sit for about a minute, then dab it off with a clean, damp cloth.
Once the stain has been removed, rinse the area with a cloth soaked in water. This will help remove any remaining residue from cleaning solution. Be sure to use a damp cloth and not a wet one, as too much water can damage the acrylic.
Finally, use a dry cloth to dry the area. This will help prevent any of the cleaning solution from being left behind. Again, use a dry cloth and not a wet one to avoid damaging acrylic.
With these steps, you should be able to successfully remove medicine stains from acrylic without any damage or difficulty. Just remember to be gentle and never rub or scrub at the stain.
