Cleaning Mayonnaise off Under Armour Clothing

The key to successfully removing mayonnaise stains from Under Armour is to treat the stain immediately after it happens and use the correct cleaning products. Follow these easy steps and you'll be back to your normal routine in no time:

  1. Gently scrape off any excess mayonnaise with a spoon or wooden stick. Be careful not to spread the stain more than necessary.
  2. Mix one tablespoon of detergent that is designed for workout clothes with one liter of lukewarm water.
  3. Soak the stained area in the soapy water for about 10 minutes. Do not rub or scrub the garment. This may cause stain to set deeper into the fabric.
  4. Remove the garment from the soapy water and rinse thoroughly with cold water.
  5. Place the garment in the washing machine and add a scoop of household borax, which helps to break down grease and oils.
  6. Run the cycle on the normal setting, using hottest temperature that is safe for the fabric.
  7. Check the garment before drying and if stain is still there, repeat the above steps until it is completely gone.
  8. Once the stain is gone, turn the garment inside out and dry on the lowest heat setting the fabric can handle.
