What You'll Need:

  • Mild laundry detergent
  • White vinegar
  • Baking Soda
  • Soft scrub sponge
  • Cold water

Instructions:

  1. As soon as you spot the mayonnaise stain, wet the area with cold water. Blot dry with clean paper towels.
  2. Dilute a few drops of laundry detergent in some cold water and apply it directly to the stained area.
  3. Allow the detergent to sit on the fabric for 15 minutes.
  4. Rinse the area with cold water.
  5. If the stain remains, mix ½ cup of white vinegar with 1 tablespoon of baking soda and stir until the baking soda dissolves. Using a soft scrub sponge, gently rub the mixture into the stained area. Rinse the area with cold water.
  6. Repeat Steps 2 and 3 until the stain is gone.
  7. Allow the clothing to air dry before wearing.
