    Instructions:
  1. Start by dabbing mayonnaise stain with a damp cloth.
  2. Once the excess liquid is absorbed, soak the stained area in cold water for several minutes. This will help loosen stain.
  3. Mix together a solution of liquid laundry detergent, such as Woolite, and cold water. Dip a sponge into the soapy water and gently scrub the stained area in a circular motion.
  4. After letting the solution soak in for a few minutes, rinse area with cold water until all traces of solution are removed.
  5. If the stain is still present, mix together equal parts water and white vinegar and apply the solution to the stain with a clean cloth. Let the solution sit for about 10 minutes, then rinse area with cold water.
  6. Allow the fabric to air dry.

If stain has not been completely removed, it's best to take your silk organza to a professional dry cleaner. They will be able to safely and effectively remove the stain without damaging the fabric.
