If the stain is still fresh, take your baking dish and rinse it quickly in hot water to get any excess mayonnaise off. If it’s been sitting, use a spoon or a spatula to scrape away as much of the mayonnaise as possible.
Fill up the baking dish with warm water and let it sit for roughly an hour until mayonnaise has softened up. This will make it much easier to remove the stain.
Create a solution of one tablespoon each of dish detergent and baking soda with four cups of warm water. Mix it all together until the powder has dissolved.
Let the baking dish soak in the solution for about an hour before cleaning.
Using a non-abrasive sponge, start scrubbing the baking dish to remove the mayonnaise stain. To get the best results, put some elbow grease into it and really work the solution into the stain.
Rinse the baking dish thoroughly with hot water to get rid of any soap residue.
Once dish is rinsed, let the baking dish soak in a solution of equal parts white vinegar and hot water for 15 minutes. This will ensure the stain is completely gone and leave your baking dish sparkling and spotless!
