Removing Mascara Stains from Swimwear
- The first step is to gently remove any excess mascara from swimwear. Use a clean towel or paper towels to dab at the area until no more mascara can be removed.
- Next, create a solution made of equal parts white vinegar and warm water. You can also add a few drops of dishwashing liquid to the mixture if needed.
- Once solution is ready, dip a cotton ball into the mixture and gently dab at the stain. Work from the outside edges to the center of the stain.
- After that, use another clean towel or paper towels to blot the area until the stain is gone. Avoid rubbing the fabric too much as this can cause the color to fade.
- If the stain is still visible, repeat same steps until the stain is completely removed.
- Finally, rinse the area with cool water to remove any remaining soap residue. Let the garment air dry before wearing again.
